Bullhorn And Careerbuilder.Com To Automate Candidate Sourcing For The
Staffing And Recruiting Industry

Boston (PRWEB) May 15, 2006 -- Bullhorn, the global leader in On Demand
staffing and recruiting software, today announced a partnership with
CareerBuilder.com to create, in real-time, the sourcing of candidates
and the posting of jobs between Bullhorn and CareerBuilder.com. The
partnership will include joint development, marketing and sales.
Bullhorn will make two technologies, codenamed Jobcast and Dragnet,
available as part of the partnership, in early Q3 '06 (please see
today's related announcement, Bullhorn Advances the Sourcing of
Candidates).

"Bullhorn and CareerBuilder.com are delivering on the vision to
dramatically decrease the time to search and match high quality
candidates to job orders, creating a compelling competitive advantage
for our customers," said Barry Hinckley, president and co-founder of
Bullhorn. "By combining Bullhorn's On Demand, integrated front office,
which provides 360 degree visibility into all candidate activity, with
the extensive employer and job seeker reach of CareerBuilder.com, our
companies are delivering the right solution to significantly increase
the productivity of recruiters."

Bullhorn's Jobcast, an integral component of Bullhorn, will enable the
real-time posting of jobs between Bullhorn and CareerBuilder.com, which
will also include the parsing of applicant responses directly into
Bullhorn. Staffing professionals will be able to add, update and delete
jobs on CareerBuilder.com through Bullhorn's user interface. By
providing recruiters with the capability to create candidate search
agents to search and harvest resumes against open job orders in
Bullhorn, Dragnet brings a great deal of innovation to the sourcing of
candidates through CareerBuilder.com. Dragnet will then automatically
parse the highest ranked candidates into the Bullhorn database. As a
result, recruiters will have 360 degree visibility into all candidate
activity, including up-to-date information that includes notes,
activities and a history of client interaction. Through the use of
Jobcast and Dragnet with Bullhorn, staffing and recruiting professionals
will achieve higher placement rates, greater customer satisfaction and
stronger growth and profitability.

"Forty-two percent of hiring managers say they will hasten the hiring
process in 2006 in the face of increased competition for top
performers," said Eric Waldinger, Strategic Services Director of
CareerBuilder.com. "Our partnership with Bullhorn will help drive the
productivity of recruiters, and lead to faster and higher quality
placement of candidates."

Comprising sourcing, email/groupware, applicant tracking, customer
relationship management and job management, Bullhorn enables users to
communicate and collaborate with contacts, candidates, colleagues and
clients in real-time to generate, source and fill job orders, at anytime
and from anyplace. Bullhorn is used by more than 400 customers and 5,000
users worldwide, including emerging, medium and large sized staffing and
recruiting firms servicing a wide range of industries. Information
technology, professional services, office/clerical and healthcare
represent a few of the many industries Bullhorn services by enabling
staffing and recruiting professionals to generate job orders and place
all types of prospective candidates from temporary workers to
permanently placed executives.
