"There are excellent shot coaches out there but most people aren't aware of them at all.", says Delker. My idea is for the website to be a catalyst and a clearinghouse for the best in shooting information."
Delker believes most coaches don't have the time nor the expertise to teach shooting, so most players end up learning by themselves through sheer repetition. Most of them never learn a solid reliable shot so he wants to help them get grounded in good, solid shooting fundamentals.
Delker's website will foster that by featuring videos, books, shooting aids, tips, articles, stories, reviews, etc. covering both the physical and mental aspects of shooting. It will be both functional and fun, and geared both toward coaches learning to teach shooting and toward players learning to shoot properly on their own.
