Cityblock will focus their business on providing building services and construction services to the commercial real estate market. Previously offered property management, and brokerage services will be discontinued.
The re-alignment was made to take advantage of market conditions which have allowed Cityblock's building services, and construction services divisions to grow at a rapid rate over the last 9 months. Cityblock recently added construction management to its service offerings as well as inspection and due diligence services.
