Miami Beach, FL (PRWEB) April 12, 2006 -– Exclusive gift bag producers Details by Design helped the Honey Shine Mentoring Program thank three hundred of Miami's most influential women and VIP's including Shaunie O'Neal, top model Veronica Web, and infamous local philanthropist, Norma Jean Abraham for their support of the fourth annual ‘Hats Off' Luncheon, which took place on April 6, 2006 at Nikki Beach in Miami.
The hat-clad women enjoyed a very tropical silent action experience, which took place outside under Nikki Beach's palm trees. They sipped Mimosas while bidding on the fabulous items such as designer hand bags and beauty products, gift certificates to exclusive boutiques and art induced hat boxes created by local artists such as Romero Britto and Carlos A. Navarro. After the auction closed, guests headed upstairs for lunch a delicious overlooking the ocean and a special presentation from Honey Shine's founder, Tracy Wilson Mourning. They also had a chance to bid on a "Windy City Week-end in Chicago" during the live auction that included two tickets to the Oprah Winfrey show and backstage passes to meet Oprah.
"I am proud to have been involved with this year's luncheon. Honey Shine is a wonderful and very much needed organization. We take our hats off to the Program for all that they do for the young girls in our community," said Stacey Sleem, founder of Details by Design.
The gifts were presented in Mango colored paper Euro-totes adorned with teal tissue paper to match the room's décor. To complement the event's girly theme, Details by Design filled each bag with goodies only a girl could love. Inside an array of lovely items were discovered including OLI, olive oil enriched hand lotion, body lotion and intensive anti-aging cream, (www.oli.com), Mary Phillips Designs ‘sassy lady quotes' notepads (www.maryphillipsdesigns.com), gift certificates from MONTICA jewelry (www.montica.com) and Intermix clothing (www.intermixonline.com), Chispa Restaurant's signature chocolate pecan cookies (www.chisparestaurant.com), Warm Spirit's Mango body butter (www.warmspirit.com), Nailtiques' nail protein and cuticle conditioner (www.nailtiques.com) and Orange flavored lip balm and gift certificates to Camelot Salon & Spa (www.camelotspa.com) compliments of Body Basics true hair and tattoo removal (www.bodybasics.com).
