APPOINTMENT OF NEW JUDGES



New Delhi~ June 27, 2001

The President is pleased to appoint Shri Adarsh Kumar Goel and Shri Ashutosh Mohunta to be the Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in that order of seniority with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office. The President is also pleased to appoint Shri Mahesh Mittal Kumar and Shri Jasbir Singh as Additional Judges of the Punjab and Haryana High Court in that order of seniority for a period of two years with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
