EXPORT OF RAW COTTON ALLOWED FREELY



New Delhi~ July 4, 2001


The Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) has issued a Public Notice No. 18(RE-2001)/1997-2002 dated 2nd July 2001 under which the condition relating to certification by the Textile Commissioner on the registration allocation quality and quantity of export of raw cotton has been dispensed with. Accordingly export of raw cotton has been allowed freely.
