PRESS COMMUNIQUE - APPOINTMENT OF JUDGES
New Delhi ~ June 25 2001
The President is pleased to appoint Shri Prithvi Narain Yadav and Shri Braj Nandan Prasad Singh to be Judges of the Patna High Court in that order of seniority with effect from the date they assume charge of their respective office.
The President is pleased to appoint Shri Arun Kumar Mitra to be a Judge of the Calcutta High Court with effect from the date he assumes charge of his office.
