The media had reports that Germany's Bosch - the promoter group of Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd. is likely to announce buy-back of shares from minority shareholders.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Bosch Chassis Systems India Ltd. has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We wish to confirm that the Company, as well as its promoter group Bosch Germany, do not have plans to buyback shares from the minority shareholders."
