The RBNQA is one of India's most prestigious quality and business excellence awards and was instituted by the Indian Merchants' Chamber (IMC) in 1995. Modelled 100% on the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award from the US, it is awarded to companies that demonstrate outstanding customer orientation and quality management systems.
