New Delhi, Delhi, India
School of Fashion Technology (SOFT) organized a exhibition for costume and jewellery designed by students from 12th to 16th February in New Delhi. The Exhibition showcased an extensive array of fashion and costume jewellery by the students of SOFT. The display brought together, in one superb location, a wide range of beautiful jewels, and attractive crafted jewelry. Profile for exhibit was contemporary and ethnic jewellery that included base metal jewellery, semi-precious stones, beads, and other jewellery parts & components. They sourced beads and jewels keeping in mind the latest trends & created exclusive pieces of fashion jewelry that were class apart from the ones available in the market. This event was exclusively dedicated to cherished jewellery and to the selection and communication of new trends.
It provided all the students with the best opportunity to showcase their brand-new products and build a platform for cooperation, exchange and trade between the domestic, overseas and relevant clients. Classes & demonstrations were offered to SOFT students beforehand. They spent enough time in planning, production & execution of exhibition. It was a team effort, which made a win-win venture, a mutual success and a memorable event. It served to create business opportunities for students, with some profits! And acted as a meeting point for relevant industry trends and sourcing various suppliers. Significant was that it gained appreciation by all the customers. SOFT, under the aegis of Rai Foundationm, is a Fashion institute which trains budding fashion designers and models into a professional. Dean SOFT Ms. Rythma Bhatia commended and the efforts made by the students and said, "the exhibition has provided the students with right platform to present their work in public domain."
