Genus Power Infrastructures Limited (formerly known as Genus Overseas Limited), India's leading intermediary and end user consumer electronics manufacturer, today announced its results for Q4 FY2007.

Results overview FY2006-07 v/s FY 2005-06:

The company has posted a strong financial performance for FY 2006-07.

Income from operations increased by 72% to Rs.3956.08 million from Rs.2297.20 million reported in the corresponding period.

The Operating Profit in the present year increased 86 % to Rs. 539.28 million from Rs. 290.19 million.

The Profit After Tax has increased by 84% in the present period to Rs.282.20 million from Rs.153.38 million reported in the corresponding period.

EPS for the year is at Rs. 26.02

The Profit Before Tax has gone up by 95 % to Rs.337.70million from Rs.172.86million reported in the corresponding period.

Results overview Q4 FY2006-07 v/s Q4 FY 2005-06:

The company has posted a strong financial performance for Q4 FY2007.

Income from operations increased by 40% to Rs. 1647.35 million from Rs. 1178.85 million reported in the corresponding quarter.

The Operating in the present quarter increased 53% to Rs.201.14 million from Rs. 130.91 million.

The Profit After Tax has increased by 57 % in the present quarter to Rs. 126.35 million from Rs.80.03 million reported in the quarter ended March 2006.

EPS for the quarter is at Rs.11.65.

The Profit Before Tax has gone up by 70% to Rs.155.40 million from Rs. 91.83 reported in the corresponding quarter ended March 2006.
