The Trading of 1,50,10,706 equity shares issued to the shareholders of Indo Gulf Fertilisers Limited (IGFL) by Aditya Birla Nuvo Limited (ABNL) on amalgamation of IGFL with ABNL has started on Bombay Stock Exchange Limited and National Stock Exchange of India Limited from 10th May, 2006 and 12th May, 2006 respectively.

Earlier, in its Committee meeting held on 24th April, 2006, ABNL has allotted equity shares of ABNL to the shareholders of IGFL in the ratio of one equity share of ABNL for every three equity shares of IGFL as provided in the Scheme of Amalgamation
