The media had reports that Mid-Day Multimedia Limited has signed a business co-operation agreement with the Bennett, Coleman Group.
The Exchange, in order to verify the accuracy or otherwise of the information reported in the media and to inform the market place so that the interest of the investors is safeguarded, had written to the officials of the company.
Mid-Day Multimedia Limited has vide its letter inter-alia stated, "We have agreed with Times Group under the business co-operation agreement as to (1) Sharing of spare printing facility. (2) Utilizing our distribution channels where we have strength. (3) Discounted advertising in each other's publication over the common applicable rate".
