Run the Mumbai Marathon 2007; join hands with CRY - Child Rights and You to support the campaign for Child Rights. It is time for us, as Mumbaiites, to come forward and support our shared belief that 'Underprivileged children in India must experience a childhood.' Is it right that thousands of children in Mumbai face a new trial every day? As they travel by crowded trains to reach a school or fear for a secure shelter for the night with their family. Circumstances push them and their parents to toil in the sun and put together a meal. Mostly they quench their thirst with unclean water and have little choice about where to conduct their morning rituals. If these distress you, it can change. All you have to do is ask for this change. Partner with CRY for the Mumbai marathon and influence the change. Bring your friends, family and colleagues together to support your campaign to endorse the CRY 'Child Rights First' Charter. With this, not only will you create awareness about child rights, but also choose a platform to voice your own demands for restoring the childhood of underprivileged children of Mumbai.
