The College of Health Care & Philanthropy (CHAP) with a mission to pursue and deliver excellence in Health and Social Care practice through its education, research activities and philanthropic activities is organizing "A Free Medical Camp for Skin and Venereal Diseases."
The free medical camp will have Dr. Anuj Pall, MBBS, MD (Dermatology) Safdarjung Hospital providing Free Medical Consultation regarding skin problems that vary from Cosmetological problems such as Acne, Dry/wrinkled/sallow skin, Dark spots, Dark circles, Pigmentation, Scars, Eczema, Sunburns, Unwanted hairs, to crippled diseases such as Leprosy, Psoriasis etc. Free medical consultation for Venereal/sexually transmitted disease causing genital infections such as Syphilis, Gonorrhea etc would also be given in the camp.
Free consultation will also be provided to the patients and general public about the awareness of skin and venereal diseases. Consultation and awareness will also be provided on other health problems like work-related mental-stress, musculoskeletal disorders etc, that is faced by working professionals. Insights will also be provided on Ergonomics and stress management techniques.
The concept of health has changed in the recent years from absence of illness to wellness in the society. People want to be fit, stress free and at the highest level of their energy. This has raised the demand of health professionals who can add wellness to life. At the same time corporations are also increasingly contributing towards upliftment of the society morally, mentally and physically. These new developments have changed the outlook of the healthcare and philanthropic activities in the society and CHAP is determined to address such activities through its endeavors and processes.
