PM condoles the death of Jai Sri Ram Gupta
New Delhi: May 24, 2004

The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has expressed grief on the death of veteran freedom fighter Jai Sri Ram Gupta.

In a message, the Prime Minister has said that Shri Gupta will always be remembered for his contribution during the freedom movement and particularly in the ‘Quit India’ movement. His life was marked by his unfailing commitment to the values of nationalism, social service and patriotism, Dr. Manmohan Singh added.
