Election Commission should make a careful study of Deputy Prime Minister’s political speech at government function at Central Industrial Security Force (CISF)’s Raising Day Function in Ghaziabad (UP) on 08.03.2004 because code of conduct bans ministers from official functions and political work.

His ‘India Shining’ yatra is also against morality because it is in continuation of ‘India Shining’ campaign launched at huge government-expense before the code of conduct came into force.
