UN Human Development Report presented to Vice President
New Delhi: July 14, 2004

An advance copy of the UN Human Development Report 2004, was presented to the Vice President, Shri Bhairan Singh Shekhawat by the UN Resident Coordinator and UNDP Resident Representative, Dr. (Ms.) Maxine Olson, in New Delhi today.

Presenting the report Dr. Olson told the Vice President that the theme of the UN report this year is the ‘Cultural Liberty in Today’s diverse world. It would be formally launched throughout the world including India this week.
