Letter to Editor - Election Commission Recommendations
New Delhi: February 29, 2004

Chief Election Commissioner TS Krishnamurthy has disclosed that the Election Commission has recommended to the Union Government for studying the feasibility of putting a slot of ‘None-to-be-voted’ on electronic voting machines. It is an open fact that voters under present system are forced to opine only in favour of better out of the worse candidates. It will be better if the Election Commission makes its recommendations open to public also for initiating a debate for refining our political system.
