FDI proposal of Rs. 95.69 crore approved

New Delhi: August 9, 2004

On the recommendations of the Foreign Investment Promotion Board (FIPB), Finance Minister, Shri P. Chidambaram has approved the proposal of M/s. Xerox Modicorp Ltd. (XMC). The foreign inflow involved in this proposal is Rs.95.69 crore. The Company is engaged in the manufacture and trading of xerographic equipment and systems.
