India-Bangladesh rail links at five points
New Delhi: August 16, 2004

India and Bangladesh have rail links at five points. Three of the links are broad gauge and two metre gauge.

The broad gauge links are :

Gede (India)-Darsana (Bangladesh), Singhabad (India)-Rohanpur (Bangladesh), and Petrapole (India)-Benapole (Bangladesh) and the metre gauge rail links comprise Radhikapur (India)-Birol (Bangladesh) and Mahisasan (India)-Shahbazpur (Bangladesh).
