It refers to video-tape story involving Union Minister Dilip Singh Judeo. Proper and speedy investigation in the matter will be in interest of the involved Minister and his party BJP because if the contents of the story are found untrue, it will be a positive gain for BJP.

But delay-process of enquiry or victimizing action against the esteemed newspaper like has been done in tehelka.com matter, may be taken as auto-acceptance of authenticity of the published report. It is regretting that rulers misuse judicial process to delay or cover-up of such corrupt deals like was done in Petrol-Pump scam where cleverly planned strategy was instrumental in influential allotments of petrol/ gas agencies being endorsed by the Apex Court!
