Supreme Court of India transferring Jayalalitha's cases To Karnataka
It refers to Apex Court transferring Jaylalita-case from Chennai to Bangalore High Court to avoid possible bias. Only media-highlighted cases attract attention of Apex Court. Otherwise all High Court judges must compulsorily be appointed from outside their home-states to save numerous biased cases going unreported in media from misconduct of several High Court judges who still enjoy undesired immunity of British era still continuing in ‘free’ India even after 56 years of independence in our totally unaccountable judicial system at higher level!
