Rajya Sabha: Mobile Science Exhibition By Railways
New Delhi: May 8, 2003

A proposal from the Department of Science and Technology has been received for running a "Mobile Scientific Exhibition" in the country. Accordingly, cost estimates for running the train have been furnished to the Department of Science and Technology for their acceptance. It has no connection with the 150th Anniversary of the Railways.

This information was given by the Minister of State for Railways Shri Bandaru Dattatraya in a written reply to a question from Smt. Savita Sharda in the Rajya Sabha today.
