It refers to Frontier Mail blaze on 15.05.2003. If a stove caused fire, how it was allowed to be taken and ignited in the train? It is worthless to blame authorities for any problem or accident. Every train-accident has in general a different and peculiar cause, and precautions are necessary to be taken on experience based on each such mishap. Recent Frontier Mail blaze suggests authorities to be strictly vigilant so that items like stoves may not be allowed to be taken inside trains. Even fear-psychology may be developed amongst passengers in a manner that co-travelers may forcibly stop smoking inside a train!

Heavy rush inside coaches to more than double the capacity, should make Government redraw its population control programme by creating disincentives for large families like withdrawing all government-facilities including medical, subsidies, reservation etc for families with more than two children rather than wasting funds on incentives for small families.
