PM CELEBRATES RAKSHA BANDHAN New Delhi - August 19, 2002 The Prime Minister - Shri Atal Bihari Vajpayee celebrated Raksha Bandhan with fun and gaiety with school children and people from all walks of life at his residence here today. Children from various schools from in and around Delhi, physically handicapped and mentally backward children and girls from a blind school were among those who tied a rakhi to the Prime Minister.
