KIOCL TO EXPORT PELLET CHIPS TO CHINA New Delhi - August 27, 2002 The Kudremukh Iron Ore Company Ltd. (KIOCL) - a public sector undertaking of the Ministry of Steel has produced 1.235 million tonnes of concentrate and 0.949 million tonnes of pellets during the first quarter of this fiscal . It has despatched by ship 5.8 lakh tonnes of concentrates and 9.24 lakh tonnes of pellets during this period. It has also concluded a new contract with M/s. Femery Resources Ltd. of China for supply of 1.5 lakh tonnes of concentrate 6 lakh tonnes of pellets and 0.3 lakh tonnes of pellet chips during the current financial year.
