Dec 26, 2001 Home Minister Mr. Devendar Goud inaugurated the Technology Block at the Police Commissionerate which will be constructed at a cost of Rs. 55 Lakhs. Dec 22, 2001 Visakha Utsav Festival begins Visakha Utsav - the Festival of Visakhapatnam began today. The Festival is an annual event being conducted by the Andhra Pradesh Tourism in association with the District Administration, VUDA and VMC to promite tourism in the area.
