Dec 14, 2001 Rehabitation Programme was held for Naxals who surrendered before the police in Nizamabad. Dec 2, 2001 The District Collector of Nizamabad, Mr. G Aok Kumar visited Naxal prone areas of the district to monitor the safety measures taken by the District administration. He had a chat with the villages and discussed on various issues. Nov 22, 2001 Naxals surrenders Four hardcore naxals and 11 others surrendered before the Nizamabad police today. Most of the Naxals were from the Peoples War Group Cadre Members only. The police successfully recovered three hard grebadesm 18 soap bombs, four detonators, 2-fuse wire bundles, camera flash and other spares used for making bombs.
