December 4, 2002 A 22 years old women Mrs. Vijayalakshmi committed suicide at a local police station at Tandur in Ranga Reddy district at around 12:15 Noon. November 9, 2002 The Rangareddy Police killed robbers early this morning when the robbers tried to attack the Police. October 18, 2002 Congress Youth congress staged dharnas and processing against the policies of the TDP-led Government in the state. A procession was held in Ranga Reddy asking the Government to stop concentrating on electricity bills and look at farmers problems in the state. October 17, 2002 Ranga Reddy Police have arrested a 11 member decoit team who were involved in recent thefts in various districts of the state. The team was a part of the Olive Green Gang with Kodati Venkata Krishna and Mathram Nagesh being the price members. September 12, 2002 Farmers from Ranga Reddy met Home Minister Mr. Devendar Goud and alleged that some TDP members were illegally occupying their lands. September 8, 2002 5 dies in a road accident 5 persons died when a 7-seater Auto rickshaw was hit by a RTC Bus that was coming in the opposite direction in Rangareddy today. The auto was on its way to Ibramhimpatnam when the RTC bus that was trying to over ran over the auto. 2 persons died on their way to hospital while 2 more were in serious condition. The driver of the RTC driver was absconding. September 6, 2002 CM takes part in One Day One Lakh Plantations program of HUDA Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu took part in One Day One Lakh Plantations program being organized by Hyderabad Urban Development Corporation (HUDA) at Reserve Forest area near Shamirpet in Ranga Reddy district. |
