Aug 9, 2002 CM takes part in Chanduvula Panduga in Vizianagaram Chief Minister Mr. N Chandrababu Naidu took part in the Chaduvula Panduga program in Jammupet in Vizianagaram. He said that Poverty rate is increasing as population is increasing and that this is evident that these areas have very poor literacy rates. He asked the parents to send their children to school.
