24 hour deadline set to TRS government on phone tapping

Andhra Pradesh State Ministers have set a 24 hour deadline to Telangana Government to give a written statement that it did not tap the phones of prominent persons else we will made open the evidences.

Andhra Pradesh Ministers Prathipati Pulla Rao, Atchannaidu, Ravela Kishore, TDP leaders Payyavula Keshav and Dhullipalla Narendra speaking to media said that the phone tapping issue will neck Telangana Chief Minister K Chandrasekhara Rao resulting him in losing his position. They also alleged that YSRCP chief Jagan too colluded with TRS in destabilizing the Andhra Pradesh Government.

Stage set for arrest of a few IPS
Meanwhile, TDP leader Kothakota Dayakar Reddy forecast sensational developments in the issue saying that the State Government is gearing up to arrest two IPS officers and one IAS officer in addition to two important persons in the next one day. He said that the government has clinching evidence against these five persons.

C.M. Ramesh asks ACB to check his bank accounts:
Rajya Sabha Member C.M.Ramesh on Tuesday dismissing the allegations that it was the amount used for note-for-vote case was drawn from his bank account wanted the ACB to verify his bank accounts. The statement came following reports of the ACB preparing to serve notice on him.

Demands CBI probe:
Andhra Pradesh Congress Committee (APCC) president N Raghuveera Reddy has demanded a CBI inquiry into the cash-for-vote scam. He met Governor ESL Narasimhan on Tuesday and submitted a memorandum. He said that Telangana Chief Minister Chandrasekhara Rao too purchased MLAs and demanded a probe by CBI.
