Will police will have a tough time to prove charges against Chandrabhan Sanap?
April 1, 2014 - Hyderabad
With the State Forensic Laboratory submitting a report to the police that the samples of Sanap's DNA have not been found on the body of Anuhya, police will have a difficult time proving the charges against Sanap.
It may be recalled here that the cops that have investigated the case of TCS techie Easter Anuhya whose charged body was found on January 16, eleven days of her missing on January 5. Police nabbed the accused after 50 days with the help of CCTV footage from the terminus and alleged to have sexually assaulted her before done to death. The lack of DNA evidence is being attributed to the fact that the charred body was found after many days of death in a decomposed state. However, the police sources said that they have their own evidences in the case.
