Telangana MLAs hit out Kiran Kumar Reddy

Participating in the debate on the AP State Reorganization Bill 2013, former Minister and Congress MLA Komatireddy Venkata Reddy hit out at Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy.
Komatireddy said that the Chief Minister should have resigned the post to uphold the values of the Congress party decision to divide the state He expressed gratitude to the congress and UPA government on behalf of Telangana people. He wanted to know whether the Chief Minister spoke as the leader of the party or as MLA. He said that Kiran Kumar Reddy has given wrong figures thus wanted to divert the people. He alleged that the Chief Minister showed discrimination to the people of Telangana in the release of funds.
The Congress party seen divided vertically on Seemandhra and Telangana region while the former demands rejection of the Bill terming it as unconstitutional, the latter supported it terming it as historic.
KT Rama Rao moves privilege notice
TRS MLA KT Rama Rao has tabled a breach of privilege notice against the Chief Minister Kiran Kumar Reddy on Thursday. He recalled the Chief Minister who assured the House on February 12, 2011 that he would abide by the decision of the Congress party high command and the Central government on the bifurcation issue. He said that the changed stand of the Chief Minister on the issue amounts to breach of privilege of the member. He wanted the Speaker to initiate appropriate action against Kiran Kumar Reddy.
