Taiwan firm to invest $1 billion in real estate

Taiwan based Pan Pacific Corporation would invest 1$ billion dollars in real estate sector in the State according to the company’s CEO Michael Rosen.
At a press conference on Sunday in Vijayawada, Michael Rosen said that they have zeroed in land chunks near Tenali. 50 acres of land near JMJ College would be developed shortly. He said that commercial and residential buildings would be constructed.
The CEO said that the investments would be made through Chadalavada family and a firm would be floated shortly. He said that the objective of the firm is to make to provide affordable and decent houses.
To start with, the investments was pegged at 1 billion dollars and investments would be increased in the years to come.
