Students approach High Court on Medical PG counselling

Some medical students have knocked the doors of Andhra Pradesh High court on Wednesday challenging the counselling saying that seven answers in the key were wrong answers. The students urged the court to investigate into the matter and conduct a fresh.
The High Court after hearing the arguments directed the authorities to investigate into the issue and take action. The court suggested conducting the counselling only after a final decision. It ordered to constitute a committee with Head of the departments and probe into the matter.
The court directed to conduct the counselling afresh if necessary. However, the Vice-Chancellor of Dr.NTR University Dr. Ravi Raju said that they have not received any communication. The VC said that 1233 seats were filled and the rest of the 55 seats will be filled up through counselling on Thursday’. He said that the university has not received any notice from the court.
