South Central Railways introduces 'Premium Superfast Special Trains'


April 4, 2014 - Hyderabad

The South Central Railway on Friday announced of introduction 'Premium Superfast Special Trains' for the first time between Hyderabad and Visakhapatnam due to rush.

The trains will leave Secunderabad on April 17 and April 21 from Visakhapatnam. The train will have only two stoppages one at Rajahmundry and the other at Samarlkot junction. There will be no reservation for this train and passengers have to book tickets on-line.

The unique features of this service is that there will be no wait listed tickets, no refund except when the train is fully cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances. The adult fare shall be charged for all passengers irrespective of passengers' age and will have no concessions of any sort. The fares of the train will vary as per the demand and availability of vacant berths.
