Seemandhra Students Federation formed for the cause of students

Seemandhra Students Federation was formed in Kadapa to take up the cause of the students of 13 districts in the State.

The founder and the State president Pattupogula Pavan Kumar said on Monday at a press conference called upon the students to enrol themselves in SSF. He said that the district committees would be formed in all the 13 districts and strives to ensure that the Governments' welfare schemes reached to the deserving students and exert pressure for proper implementation of the fee reimbursement schemes, disbursal of scholarships and free distribution of text books to students of first standard to 12th standard.

The SSF would strive to ensure full-fledge implementation of the Right to Education Act and implementation of the reservations in all private and corporate educational institutions. He demanded legislation that only women teachers and hostel welfare officers should be posted in educational institutions and hostels exclusively for women and girls.
