Salahuddin Ahmed releases SSC results

Salahuddin Ahmed advisor to the Governor of Andhra Pradesh along with Chief Secretary Secondary Education Rajeswar Tiwari has released the Andhra Pradesh Secondary School Certificate - X class results on Thursday at the Secretariat.

Girls over took boys in the just announced SSC results with overall 88.65 per centage of pass was registered. 100 per cent pass was registered in 5784 schools. East Godavari district stood first with 96.26 pass per centage while Adilabad district stood at last with 68.31 pass per centage. Kadapa district stood at second followed by Warangal in the third place. 77 schools registered with zero pass percentage. There is an increase of 0.54 pass percentage over last year.The supplementary examinations will be conducted on June 16. Mark sheets will be available within ten days. The last date for recounting and re-valuation is June 30.

Cent per cent pass was registered in 326 government schools while 1613 Zilla Parishad schools and 11 municipal schools and 183 residential schools 59 Social Welfare schools registered cent per cent pass while 43 Girijan Welfare schools.
