Police issues look out notices to Somadeep in Pragatinagar car accident case

March 3, 2014 - Hyderabad

In another interesting twist in the Kukatpally Pragatinagar car accident case, the driver of the car at the time of accident Somadeep Basu had flown to USA. The police have issued lookout notices for him. Two software engineers were killed in the accident.

Sudip Ghosh, Uttiya Mukherjee, Sourabh Maity and Niladri Ghosh were residing at Kondapur. The former three are software engineers while Niladri is working at a Pharma Company. These four went to a party on Friday last and the car in which they were travelling met with an accident at Pragatinagar that rammed to a tree where the Sudip and Uttiya were killed on the spot while the rest were admitted to hospital at KPHB.

Interestingly, Somadeep misguided the police saying Sudip who was killed in the accident had driven the car with the motto that he was killed. But police who investigated the case came to the conclusion that Somadeep who drove the car and not Sundeep as was told. They issued look out notice for him.
