Pawan begins campaigning for BJP in Karnataka - gets rousing reception

Jana Sena Party founder and Tollywood Actor Pawan Kalyan who is campaigning for Bharatiya Janata Party in Karnataka on Tuesday was accorded a rousing welcome.

At Kolar, where Pawan addressed a public meeting was attended by various sections of people predominantly by youth to see the Tollywood actor. The police personnel posted had a tough time to handle the crowd.

BJP candidate from Kolar M Narayanaswamy and Chickballapur candidate BN Bache Gowda shared the dais along with Pawan Kalyan. Addressing the people, the actor said that he had not come to deliver film dialogues but to seek their support for the victory of BJP. Attacking the Congress for his non-performance, Pawan said that the constituency needs a better representation and the country wants an able leader which BJP is ready to deliver.

Trio to share dais

BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi, TDP chief Nara Chandrababu Naidu and JSP founder Pawan Kalyan will share a dais on April 24 in Telangana. According to tentative schedule, the three leaders will address a public meeting at Nizamabad followed by Karimnagar and another meeting at Hyderabad at the Parade Grounds on the same day evening.

Sources said that Narendra Modi will address the first meeting in Seemandhra region tentatively on April 29 and another one in the first week of May before the polling day on May 7.
