Pawan Kalyan launches political party 'JANA SENA'

Film actor Pawan Kalyan has finally announced the name of his political party 'Jana Sena'.
Addressing a huge gathering at Novatel Hotel on Friday evening, he began his speech announcing the name. This is 'Jana Sena', Your Sena and Mana Sena, said Pawan Kalyan.
He said that had I wanted to come to politics, I would have launched my political career on Praja Rajyam platform. In fact I do not want to revolt against my brother K Chiranjeevi but unfortunately was forced to do so. He mentioned that AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh offering advice him to float a party but later asked me to merge it with Congress. Reacting to his suggestion, he questioned if the Congress party is the Ganges river?
Pawan Kalyan recalled the criticism that he received after the news of his foray into politics came out in the media. Referring to a demand by a political leader to apologize to Telangana people before launching the party, Pawan Kalyan questioned them as to who they are to ask me him to apologize for his own Telangana.
Pawan said that he wanted to fight on theory base and have seen how the State was divided. At times he went under severe depression and that resulted the floating of Jana Sena party, said Pawan Kalyan.
Pawan Kalyan recalled an incident in his life that has made him to think of society and made him to read books and studied revolutionary material. He said that he had studied about Telangana movement a long ago and not just now like some politicians.
Pawan shared some of his situations from his personal life with the audience. He said that the struggle of people is the only reason that prompted him to float Jana Sena party.
Politics is meant for solving peoples' problems. He said that he had good personal friends in all political parties including Congress. But he would not agree with them on theoretical matter.
Pawan Kalyan said that these leaders have divided the State in the manner is not correct and added that I am not against of Telangana. He referred the Bhagat Singh statement who died for the country for the sake of the future of Indians. He is an inspiration for me. That inspiration has prompted him to drove to politics.
Pawan lauded the efforts of BJP senior leader M Venkaiah Naidu who put his efforts the way in which he handled the division issue in getting financial commitments to Seemandhra. He refuted the comments of him on his political entry.
'I will make open the personal life of political leaders right from Rahul Gandhi to all political leaders if they criticise my personal life', said Pawan Kalyan.
Pawan Kalyan blamed the politicians for the current political scenario in the State post bifurcation. He said that KCR or TRS party should not be blamed for the bifurcation by Seemandhra people. Had all elected representatives took responsibility and resolve the problem when it is small, it would not have become a crisis, Kalyan said.
Attacks Congress for divisive politics
Pawan launched a staunch attack on Congress and said that he will not allow anyone to get elected on Congress. He said that Union Minister Jairam Ramesh has played the role in the division as that of Mountbatten. He said that Jairam Ramesh is playing divisive politics by giving statements in two different ways in Seemandhra and Telangana. Pawan Kalyan cautioned that he will not tolerate any one who poses threat to the national integrity.
Law should work equally
All the laws in the country has to work impartially in the country without any disparity, he said.
He said that Congress is responsible for many deaths due to its delayed tactics played in the bifurcation issue. He said that the people of the State are not convinced on the necessity of bifurcation. He said that people blindly believed in Congress and that they backstabbed the people in return. He said that had Centre solved the Telangana issue when the problem emerged, the present situation could have been avoided.
As a counter to Telangana Jagruti chief Kavita's comments, Pawan Kalyan asked her to make account for the party donations she received before attacking him.
