India Aviation 2014 at Hyderabad from March 12-16

Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India, jointly with Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI) is organizing the 4th Edition of India Aviation 2014 from March 12 - 16, 2014 at Hyderabad.

In the five days show, 250 airplanes from 18 countries will show case their product. The bigger planes Air Bus A 380, Boeing 787 are some of the 18 aircrafts to take participation. Union Minister civil Aviation Ajit Singh will inaugurate the show.

Dubai based Emirates airline flys its Airbus A380 in the show. The gigantic A380 made its first flight in 2005 and entered commercial service a couple of year later. It carries upto 850 passengers in all-round economy configuration airlines to transport more travellers without adding new flights. According to company, Emirates' A380 plans typically have 399 seats in economy, 76 lie-flat in business and 14 luxury private suites. Currently, there are 114 A380 planes flying in various routes worldwide.

Aviation secretary has invited emeritus Ratan Tata, chairman of Tata Sons Ltd.'s to give the key note address at the international aviation event in Hyderabad. Ratan Tata retired in December 2012 as Chairman of the Tata group having handed over the reins to Cyrus Mistry.
