Manu Mukt Manav mother writes to PM seeking a CBI probe

IPS trainee officer Manu Mukt Manav mother Kanta Bharadwaj has written a letter to the Prime Minister seeking a Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) probe into the incidents that led to the death of her son. She also have written letters to the Union Home Minister and Director of CBI.
In her letter she said that she had received a phone call from NRK Reddy, Joint Director of National Police Academy at around 1.45am informing of the sad incident that Manu died in as swimming poor. She added that she had heard of contradictory statements of what happened on the night of the incident and only CBI inquire will bring out truth, she said.
It may be recalled that the Harayana IPS officer trainee died on Sunday night by drowning in a swimming pool.
