Government decides to go ahead with GAME park

Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation (APIIC) Managing Director Jayesh Ranjan said that there was no issue with the land in which the proposed Rs.350 crore Gaming Animation Media and Entertainment (GAME) city under construction.
Speaking to media on Friday, Jayesh Ranjan said that 30 acre land allotted for this is apart of the 439 acre layout at Raydurgh has no issues related to heritage. He said that the government is going ahead with the project. He said that those purchased land in the same layout alleged that they were not permitted to start construction as it comes under heritage precinct.
Responding to allegations, the Managing Director said that the issue is with two firms, DLF and Purvankara while the former is given the option of alternative land, and later wanted refund of money which is not a problem at all, he said.
