'Congress move for formation of Telangana is for political gain', says BJP leader Kishan Reddy

Bharatiya Janata Party State president G Kishan Reddy speaking to media on Friday questioned the delay in issuing gazette notification.

Expressing doubts over creation of Telangana State after keeping the issue in dark for over 9 years and 10 months and the move ahead of elections is meant for political gain and for Rahul Gandhi. He said that the BJP acted in the Parliament in a way to benefit Seemandhra people and never acted dual way like TDP.

Kishan Reddy said that the party high command has directed to contest in the coming elections on it's own and ruled out of any alliances with any party.

Terming the President's rule in the State as a black day, BJP vice-president Bandaru Dattatreya wanted to conduct elections early and elect two Chief Ministers for the two States.
