Congress and YSRCP clash - police fire teargas shells

Police forced to fire teargas shells to disburse the activists of YSRCP and Congress when they clashed each other in Kadapa on Monday.

In the incident of stone pelting Congress member Srinivasulu sustained head injury allegedly by YSRCP MLA Amaranth Reddy's followers at Mannur in Rajampeta mandal on Monday. It occurred when a victory processing after the Congress bagged the Mannur Primary Agricultural Cooperative Society (PACS) president ship. When the procession wag passing by the residence of Amaranth Reddy, YSRCP member Chinna Reddiah reportedly pelted a stone at them that was countered leading to the trouble said police sources. The police innerved and fired teargas shells to disburse the mob and took Chinna Reddiah into custody.
