Chief Minister's move receives all-round criticism

The move of the Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy demanding a resolution rejecting the AP State Re-organization Bill 2013 received all round criticism from across the party lines in Telangana.
Panchayat Raj Minister K Jana Reddy after meeting the AICC general secretary Digvijay Singh in New Delhi on Sunday said that the Bill that was referred to by the President and as such they members can only express their opinion and cannot reject the Bill.
CPI State secretary K Narayana said that the Chief Minister's comments against the bill were tantamount to violating the Constitution. He remained silent for the past one month and said that 'was he in a deep slumber? Why did he not react on the comprehensive Bill on the day it was sent to the State? he asked.
Telangana Ministers give notice
Meanwhile, Ministers from Telangana region on Monday gave a notice to the Speaker not to allow the move of the Chief Minister. They said in a letter that though they are the part and parcel of the Cabinet, Chief Minister has acted in his own way without consulting them on the move and wanted not to take congnigence of the move in the capacity of the leader of the House but as a member, they said.
