‘Chandrababu Naidu ignoring victims’, says YSRCP chief

YSRCP president YS Jagan Mohan Reddy called on seven families bereaved by Chennai building collapse in K Krishnapuram village in Dattirajeru mandal two in Badangi on Tuesday. He said that the party would wage a legal battle with the Tamil Nadu Government on payment of compensation to victims of building collapse.
Speaking to media, he said that the Chief Minister Nara Chandrababu Naidu is ignoring the victims of the families after handing over them of Rs.5 lakh ex-gratia. He said that Naidu did not take up the issue with the Tamil Nadu Government and also the compensation of Rs.2 lakh it promised.
Sends a team:
‘I will send a team of YSRCP members soon to mount pressure on the Tamil Nadu government. My party will fight on behalf of the victims’, said Jagan Mohan Reddy.
The party president will tour Srikakulam district on July 17 and 18 and will visit Amadalavalasa, Narasannapeta, Tekkali and Srikakulam constituencies.
