Chandrababu Naidu asks bureaucrats to prepare reports for requirements for the State

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister designate Nara Chandrababu Naidu unveiled his development plans before a team of senior State Government officials who called on him on Friday.

Chandrababu Naidu have explained the officials who called on under the Chief Secretary PK Mohanty of his vision to develop Seemandhra on the lines of Singapore by decentralizing development as was promised in the election campaign. He asked the officials to prepare reports of the requirements for the residuary State and would pursue the issue of getting funds/assistance from the Centre.

The delegation of officials has explained Naidu on the bifurcation process in employees' distribution, assets and liabilities between the new States. They made a power point presentation detailing the arrangements being made for the function of the Secretariat in Andhra Pradesh. They also appraised of the department wise allocation of space in different blocks already allotted to the State including Chief Minister's office. The officials presented reports on the progress of bifurcation being implemented by 23 committees and sub-committees set up by the Centre.
